We start with your main AI adoption challenge and derive the root cause.
We translate it into specific measures for responsible AI adoption.
We build the adoption roadmap: what to do, in what order, with which guardrails and at what speed.
We loop in your colleagues and / or teams early on, so the impact continues beyond our project.
The Canvas
The Canvas is a one-page map that guides me throughout projects — a deliverable tailored to your context. It holds your organization's perspective on a single view, so everyone works from the same map.
